Leadership: Living Out of the Overflow - Dr. Richard Blackaby takes an in-depth look at the life of Elijah in this three-session seminar series. Session 1 is titled Growing in Leadership; Session 2 is God's School of Prayer and Faith for the Leader; Session 3 is titled Highs and Lows in the Leader's Life. Teaching to Transform Seminar Series -These individual seminars cover various topics related to direct ministry to children. Biblical principles and practical ideas are clearly communicated in each 20-30 minute seminar. Nine individual seminars make up this Teaching to Transform Seminar Series and the first two are available free of charge. These seminars will only be offered online!
Seminars include printable notes and an audio presentation synched with slides. They can be used effectively both by individuals and groups. Pastors and other children's ministry leaders can use our individual seminars for training groups. Groups viewing these seminars will need an active internet connection during the presentation, a projector, a screen, and external speakers.
Teaching to Transform Seminar Series Descriptions
Can Children Be Saved?is a 25 minute seminar designed to provide biblical and historical evidence that children can be saved. This is done by taking a look into the following four areas: Jesus' teaching, personal testimonies, perspectives from theologians and Christian leaders and research studies and statistics. At the end of the seminar, you will understand that children can be saved and be convinced of the importance of sharing the Gospel with children so that they can come to know Christ as Savior while they are young! The Gospel: Prepared for a Child's Heartis a 30 minute seminar designed to give a brief overview of the message of salvation truths that need to be understood in order for a person to be saved. Time is spent teaching you simple ways to explain each aspect of this message to a child. Practical methods that can be used to present this message during the class hours are also given as well as guidelines to follow as you do so. Getting Kids Involved in Missions is a 35 minute seminar designed to encourage and equip you to teach children how to be missions minded. The preparation, purpose and program for teaching missions is clearly taught. You will learn the four aspects of missions to teach the children.
