Applying to the Children's Ministries Institute
Application to the Children's Ministries Institute is only required for students desiring to enroll in full courses. Individuals desiring to participate in seminars or the Romans Road for Children course do not need to apply as students to CMI. Applicants must be high school graduates eighteen years of age or above.
Once a student has been accepted to the Children's Ministries Institute, he or she can register in either online or on campus courses as desired.
The application process includes submission of:
- The online application
- Indication of agreement with Child Evangelism Fellowship's Statement of Faith / Doctrinal Protection Policy / Worker's Compliance Agreement (You will be asked to indicate your agreement in the application.)
- Two personal references
- A $35 non-refundable application fee
After all paperwork has been received, the academic committee will review your application. You will be notified via email of the committee's decision. This approval process usually takes 3-4 weeks from the time the application is submitted and must be completed before you can register for a course.
Note: The online application is located at the Children's Ministries Institute's main website. You will be redirected to that website and should follow the steps provided to complete the application process.
